HSE POLICY
At Master Solution Co., Ltd. (MSL), we are strongly committed to developing health, safety and environment performance through our employees. We recognize that we have a significant responsibility to our employees, clients and stakeholders as a result of our activities.
All management levels shall obviously uphold these principles for continually developing, improving and maintaining our HSE management system to ensure that our compliance meet with these principles.

- We strongly believe that with safety consciousness all accidents and injuries can be free and prevented in our workplaces.
- We are committed to complying with all relevant HSE legislation, regulations and other requirements, as well as to comply with client requirements at all worksites.
- We are committed to providing HSE training in every part within the organization to increase HSE awareness and competence of all our staffs.
- We are committed to preventing pollution and minimize any environmental impact as a result of our activities.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS POLICY
Master Solution Co., Ltd. is committed to performing a safe workplace, good and healthy working environment. We have issued the Alcohol and Drugs Policy for guiding to control and protect our employees from adverse effect of illegal drugs.
- Alcoholic substances or illegal drugs are not permitted into all work site area.
- Prohibit the use of alcoholic substances and illegal drugs. A prescription drug that is obtained with a licensed physician and does not impair work performance is exempted from this prohibition.
- Alcohol consumption or taking illegal drugs is not permitted on premises. All employees and subcontractors must be free from any influence of alcohol or drugs during working hours.
- The misuse of illegal drugs, the use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs and controlled substances within all company work site area is absolutely prohibited.
